Dan talks about an eye opening presentation by Infogressive Inc. at last months IoTSSA event in Naperville Illinois where they Pen Tested an MSP and were able to gain access to all of their client's admin credentials. From here the conversations throughout the day were all about the next steps MSPs need to take to ensure they are practicing the exact things they are preaching from password management to internal staff training.

He poses an interesting question to MSPs….Are you willing to let your customers know how you are storing client credentials and data? If the answer is yes, excellent…if No, then it is time to have a strong look at your own processes when securing your customers data.
